You Are A Crown Of Splendor, A Royal Diadem – No Longer Deserted Or Desolate!

Isaiah 62: 1-5  (NIV) – Zion’s New Name

1.For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch. 2.The nations will see your vindication, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a new name that the mouth of the Lord will bestow. 3.You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God. 4.No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah,[a] and your land Beulah[b]; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married. 5.As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a  bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.

How awesome to know that we are not defined by our past! When we enter into a relationship with the Living God through His Son Jesus Christ, we are given a fresh start in life. Because of the Power of the Blood of Jesus, and His Holy Spirit that lives in every Born-Again child of God, we are no longer deserted or desolate. The same Power that raised Jesus from the dead is closer than our skin and we can walk with our heads held high knowing that the Lord delights in us and rejoices over us!

PRAYER: Father God, we come to You in the Mighty Name of Jesus and thank You for Your goodness, Your grace and Your mercy towards us. Thank You Father God that You are a very  present help in our times of need. Holy Spirit, we thank You that You are our Helper, our Comforter and a Friend who sticks closer than a brother. Please help us on a daily basis to remember that we are precious to You, that You take delight in us and rejoice over us. In Jesus Name Amen.

  1. Long time reader, first time commenter — so, thought I’d drop a comment..
    — and at the same time ask for a favor.

Your wordpress site is very simplistic – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme you’re using?
(and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)

I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site
    down quite a bit.

In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for
“royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any feedback)

Keep up the good work– and take care of yourself during the coronavirus scare!

    1. Hello Justin, thank you for your comment. It’s the Kuhana theme, and you are most welcome to improve the speed of your site by applying it. I don’t think it can be labeled as stealing, but thank you for asking. I’ve noted your site and will check it out sometime. Keep well and stay safe. God bless. Psalm 91 & 46

  2. Hello, thank you for your message and your interest. My apologies for the delayed response. I enlisted the help of a professional web designer to help me set up as my time and technology knowledge was limited. It was quite pricey, and in retrospect, it would have been better had I learned the skills. Something I plan to improve. Google Christina Hills. She is a master at teaching others to design their own websites. All the best. God bless you.
